Complete the Ceremony Script Questionnaire

If you booked the Signature Ceremony or The Love Story Experience package, please build your ceremony wording using the Build the Ceremony Script questionnaire.

Schedule Your Planning Call

About 2–3 weeks before your wedding, schedule a time with Beth to talk through the final details, by phone, video, or in person, whichever works best for you.

Confirm Your Remaining Balance

Check your contract for your remaining balance due date. This is typically 14 days prior to the wedding day.

Be Prepared to Answer/Verify These Questions

Beth will be asking the following during your planning call:

• Full names of both parties being joined in marriage
• Confirmation that a reference to God is ok
• If applicable, is the bride taking the groom's last name
• Is anyone giving away the bride(s)?
• Order of processional, if there is one
• Name of photographer
• Time of wedding and time Beth should arrive
• Who will be holding rings
• Beth's attire
• Emergency contact info (other than the couple) for the day of the wedding in case something out of the ordinary arises
